- Ohio Human Trafficking Task Force Screening Tool (June 2013) [PDF 553KB] This document provides each state agency's identified training officer(s) with a simple, straightforward, and easy-to-adapt guide to train staff on how to administer the standardized screening tool for identifying trafficking victims. The purpose of the tool is to identify potential victims of human trafficking for referral to appropriate victim services. While the screening questions, suggestions, and indicators are not exhaustive or cumulative in nature, a positive response to the questions may result in a referral to an external organization for a more comprehensive assessment.
